margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">El curso ofrece un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n com\u00fan, de captaci\u00f3n de expectativas y de elaboraci\u00f3n de propuestas que potencie perspectivas personales e institucionales para promover un desarrollo integral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\"><br \/>\nEl programa destinado <\/span><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">a dirigentes sociales, pol\u00edticos, sindicales y de organizaciones populares, funcionarios en entidades de gobiernos locales, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">entre otros<\/span><\/span><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">, cuenta con 33 participantes de 10 pa\u00edses: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Per\u00fa, Uruguay y Venezuela.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;
